HOA Resources
The Avance HOA is currently managed by City Property. They are responsible for managing landscaping, the pool and community center, and CC&Rs until phase 3 is complete.
A strong community starts with engaged neighbors.
The Avance Community Neighborhood Alliance encourages residents to participate in our Block Watch program by becoming the extra eyes and ears of the neighborhood. Working together with local law enforcement and fellow residents helps improve communication, strengthen neighborhood relationships, and promote a safer community for everyone.
No matter how much time you can contribute, every level of participation makes a difference.
